Can I place an order?
Yes. Choose your pieces and fit, then submit an order request from your bag. The request is sent to our atelier for personal review. No payment is collected and no stock is reserved; availability, final materials, price, tax, delivery and service terms will be confirmed before purchase.
How does custom sizing work?
The guided flow asks for body metrics, body shape and fit preference, then saves your profile. For custom sizes, we plan to send a fit sample, ask for your feedback, refine the fit and then send the final garment. You can also enter exact garment measurements. Automatic garment-size prediction is not available.
Does the fit sample apply to standard sizes?
No. The sample, feedback and adjustment stage is for custom sizes only. Standard-size selections follow the standard-size process.
What happens after I try the sample?
Share your fit feedback. We use it to refine the fit before sending the final garment. Sample charges, shipping, timing and return arrangements will be confirmed before purchase.
Are these final product photographs?
These are design previews for our forthcoming collection. Final materials, fit and finishing will be confirmed before purchase.
Where is my size saved?
Your bag stays in this browser tab session. If you explicitly save a size profile, it stays on this device until you delete it from My sizes.
What are the prices?
The proposed prices are ₹14,999 for a T-shirt and ₹44,999 for a shirt. Final tax and shipping details will be confirmed before purchase.
Is there a fit guarantee?
No fit or remake guarantee is currently offered. Service policies must be established before sales begin.
